Club Dolce Vita is Santa Marta’s future resident membership program. Members secure a place in the residence-selection process and can experience life at Santa Marta while waiting for a residence that matches their preferences to become available.
There’s a good reason Santa Marta is nearly fully occupied. Residents enjoy an active lifestyle in the heart of Johnson County, with dining, wellness programs, social opportunities, and the long-term reassurance of a Life Care community.
High occupancy also means the residence you want may not be available when you first decide you’re ready to move. Planning ahead gives you time to think through the details. What type of residence would work best? What will you do with your current home? When should you start downsizing? What would make the eventual move easier?
Club Dolce Vita helps future residents start working through those questions before a move becomes urgent.
You don’t have to wait until move-in day to start getting to know the community.
Club Dolce Vita members are invited to monthly breakfasts, health and wellness lectures, and quarterly dinners with Resident Ambassadors. These gatherings give you a chance to meet other future residents, talk with people who already live at Santa Marta, and get a better feel for everyday life here.
Members can also be paired with a Resident Guide who can answer questions, share their own experience, and help make the transition more familiar. By the time you move, you may already recognize quite a few faces, and that is intentional.

For many future residents, downsizing is one of the biggest parts of preparing for a move. Club Dolce Vita includes a personal downsizing consultation to help members start sorting through the practical details at their own pace. Members may also receive moving assistance when it’s time to make the move.

When you join Club Dolce Vita, you’ll choose a preferred residence type and receive a Club Dolce Vita membership number that establishes your position in the residence-selection process.
When a residence matching your preferences becomes available, and it’s your turn in the selection process, Santa Marta will contact you with an opportunity to view it.
Club Dolce Vita members may also receive private previews of available residences before they are released publicly.
Membership does not guarantee admission, a particular residence, pricing, or a move-in date. Residence opportunities remain subject to availability and Santa Marta’s residency requirements.

The enrollment investment is $25,000. If a member later enters into a Residency Agreement accepted by Santa Marta, the enrollment investment is credited in full toward the required entrance fee.
