Santa Marta Welcomes Kit Spratlin as New Director of Sales & Marketing

Santa Marta is pleased to welcome Kit Spratlin as our new Director of Sales & Marketing, a role that blends relationship-building, leadership, and a deep understanding of what matters most to older adults and their families.

A Leader Who Understands the Journey

With more than 30 years of experience guiding people through meaningful life decisions, Kit brings both professional expertise and personal insight to the Santa Marta community. Her approach is grounded in listening first, building trust, and helping families move forward with clarity and confidence.

A Heart for Seniors and Their Families

Kit’s passion for senior living is rooted in real experience. She recently walked alongside her own parents as they transitioned to a senior living community, gaining firsthand perspective on the emotional and financial complexities families face. That experience strengthened her commitment to providing thoughtful, compassionate guidance every step of the way.

She also holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation and has spent years helping older adults navigate major transitions with care and confidence.

Proven Leadership and Creative Perspective

Before focusing on senior living, Kit worked at Hallmark Cards, where she served as a Creative Director and Art Director, leading teams and developing strategies for one of the company’s flagship brands. Her work combined creativity, consumer insight, and strong leadership skills that translate beautifully into creating meaningful experiences at Santa Marta.

Her ability to connect strategy with storytelling helps ensure Santa Marta continues to communicate its mission in authentic and inspiring ways.

Growing Relationships, Strengthening Community

Kit is no stranger to Santa Marta. She has been serving as the Assisted Living Sales and Outreach Coordinator, where she quickly contributed to census growth through disciplined follow-up, strong relationships, and a thoughtful, consultative approach.

In her new role, she will lead sales and marketing efforts across the community, supporting prospective residents, strengthening partnerships, and helping more people discover what makes Santa Marta such a special place to call home.
