You can expect annual increases in your monthly fee to offset rising utilities, salaries, and operating expenses; these increases typically average between 3% and 5%. We communicate the need for any increase clearly, specifically, and well in advance.

No. You will not need to move from your apartment home or villa. Even if one of you remains at home, the other can receive care from the experienced staff you know and trust in our health center on the same campus.
