Meet Chef Mike Czaplewski
Chef Mike joined Santa Marta in 2009. A Midwest native, he graduated at the top of his class at Le Cordon Bleu and honed his craft in Oregon and Kansas City. He was executive chef for Annie’s Santa Fe on the Plaza and at Oak Park Plaza, and executive chef and catering director for Ya Ya’s Euro Bistro. Chef Mike says his inspiration comes from watching his mother and quickly realizing the joy that comes from serving those you love.
