April 21st, 2020
Dear Residents, Family, and Visitors,
We have made a few changes in the last week that we want to share with everyone.
We are still following the same restrictions listed below and will continue to send updates regarding any new restrictions that might be added in the future. In the last week, we have painted a chalk line around the community that is 6 feet out from the building. When visiting a loved one and speaking with them through their window, we still need to adhere to the social distancing guidelines; therefore, the standard is that you remain behind the white line during those visits. The residents in independent living have been directed to wear a mask when outside their apartment home/villa or when anyone providing services enters their home. Villa residents are asked to abide by the same protocol (essential visitors, masks, etc.) set forth anywhere on campus.
In addition to this communication, our executive director will be providing a town hall meeting for residents via our in-house 990 channel on Wednesday, April 22, at 9:30 a.m.
Santa Marta is currently following the below practices. These practices apply to the entire campus:
Santa Marta continues to be dedicated to allowing families to communicate with their loved ones as much as possible. If you need assistance in communicating with your family member or loved one, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We are assisting residents with phone calls, FaceTime, and videoconferencing.
If you have any questions, concerns or comments, I encourage you to contact the Santa Marta Management team.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
The Santa Marta Team
