Santa Marta Resident Garden Fund - For residents to have funds to beautify the garden in assisted living and memory care, and enhance the lives of residents who access the space. 

Santa Marta Future Capital Needs - We are building a larger nest egg for the future. We would use this reserve to continue with renovations and updates for future generations of Santa Marta residents.
